Magical leaves and things to give thanks for
Leaves seriously rock! If you've been reading my blog for a while that won't come as any surprise. I'm totally obsessed with autumn and the lush colours of the changing of seasons. Perhaps we are drawn without knowing it to the season in which we are born. It's that time of year that I look forward to all year. If we've had a terrible overcast summer, at least the autumn colours will shed some much needed light. There's also something fantastic about the sound of leaves crushing underfoot.
It's coming towards the end of November. Life is busy, but awesome. My brain is flying at a stupendous speed with all of the fascinating information that it's absorbing in my market research and consumer behvaiour lecture and I am so thankful for being able to feel tired for a reason. I'm so glad to be finally feeling someway normal after my dengue fever disaster which lasted what seems like forever. I'm thankful for the experience i've been through as tough as it may have been, for what i've learnt along the way and continue to learn, for both the challenges I have faced and the experiences I have gained.
I'm not sure that I could have imagined the twists and turns my life ended up taking these past couple of years but I'm sure they happened for a reason. I certainly never imagined that i'd be back in college studying marketing! But here I am, engrossed in a course that surprises me each day and always gets me thinking. I'm actually being given a chance to learn all that i've wanted to learn, to spend hours re-sizing photographs, naming blog posts and actually writing about what I love to write about as opposed to what i haveto write about. I get to listen to inspiring guest speakers each week tell of how they made their dreams come true and how they still love what they do. I am thankful for being endlessly inspired!
