Where does the name Cloudberry Lane come from?

Cloudberry Lane is a fictional place born out of a love for the poem Cloudberries by Michael Longley and the memory of eating a cloudberry pie in Algonquin National Park, Canada while on holidays as a child. Cloudberry Lane is now a space in the clouds of the internet, with a trail of moss down the centre of the road. A place where you can come to find inspiration, vegetarian recipes and share in creativity.

Is Cloudberry Lane a lifestyle or a food blog?

Cloudberry Lane encompasses both types of blog. I believe that you can't really have one without the other and that the mere attempt to segregate is worthless. It is a blog about the everyday and how creativity is all around us and within.

Are you currently taking on Freelance Clients and Projects?

Absolutely. I am working as a Website Designer. You can find out more on Web Design, Search Engine Optimisation and Content Creation over at my Portfolio page. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Yes, you can but only if you link back to the original post. You'll find this if you click on the image and you can copy and paste it into your site. Credit where credit is due and all that. You could say, image by Rachel Cave for Cloudberry Lane.

What imaging software do you use to process your images?

I use Lightroom to catalog my images, Photoshop to resize and Illustrator/In Design to create the inspiration layouts. I use VSCO Film to edit some of my images.

Can I submit content to this blog?

I'm currently looking at ways in which i can best collaborate with those that would fit in with the ethos of this blog. If you think that your post would be quirky, interesting and please do feel free to submit it by email. Just state submission in the subject line so I won't miss it.
